Having completed his schooling from country’s renowned private school, he was much disappointed to experience the huge disparity that existed in the education quality between country’s private and public educational institutions when he joined Amrit Science College for his undergraduate studies. It was then he decided to embark on the journey of transforming education.

Since then, it has been his mission, to champion for transformation of country’s education sector, in a way that would root out all such disparities and develop a robust education sector that is at par with global standards.

In this course, Mr. Pandey, alongside lading four successful education-providing institutions, has been actively involved in several educational and other relevant bodies.

As member of NAFSA and a participant of renowned ICEF training across the globe, Mr.Pandey is a well-respected and well-informed personality in the area of educational consultancy of Nepal.

• Elected Treasurer, 2009-2011
• Elected Vice-President, 2011-2013
• Elected Vice-President, 2015 onwards

Mr. Pandey’s efforts for constructive changes have not been confined to only education sector. A responsible citizen, he is actively associated with overall community development endeavors too.

He is an elected Executive member of Western Region Development Forum (2016-2018), a local body that looks after development works in sixteen districts of western region; the region Mr. Pandey’s hometown is situated.

As his attempt to reform Nepali education system, Mr. Pandey has also successfully fitted himself as:

• Elected Secretary- Foreign Affairs, All Nepal National Free Students’ Union (time ), country’s biggest political Students Union.
• Elected as Vice-President: Free Students Union, Nepal Commerce Campus (time)
